Given that a lot of information that patients share with us about their disease or their lives is often sensitive, we have a very robust system to keep this fiercely well protected; so much so that there has never been a single breach of confidentiality.
Open communication:
We want our patients and their relatives to be very well informed about their health and are very gratified when many of them do become peer educators in their respective fronts. We, therefore, are open to and encourage questions which we answer to their minds satisfaction. We are never in a hurry to finish a consult.
Ethical practice:
We do not indulge in (either give or take) any kind of commission, facilitation or referral fee. Since only necessary tests or medications are advised, we are able to provide affordable and equitable care to all our patients. We always take pride in walking an extra mile to ensure that every patient receives what they are here for good health and smiles!
