- Any previous reports, scans and prescriptions, if you have them
- A list of medicines you currently take, including any you bought yourself
- Questions you would like answered. Writing them down helps
- Details of recent travel, if relevant
No reports? You are still welcome. Appointments are recommended, so please contact the centre to confirm availability before you come.
